Payment Policy
Payment must be received with 48 hours of committing to purchase an item. If it is not received I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.
Shipping Rates
- Canada - First item $4, Second item $2
- U.S.A. - First item $5, Second item $3
- All other locations - First item $10.00, Second item $5
- Tutorials - Free
Shipping Policy
- All items will be shipped within 5 days after receiving payment.
- Items will be shipped via Canada Post in a bubble mailer to protect them during the shipping process.
- For multiple items purchased in the same transaction, the first item will be charged the normal shipping rates, and all subsequent items will receive a $2 discount on shipping rates.
- If you wish to have your shipment tracked and/or insured, please contact me for shipping rates before purchasing the item.
Refund Policy
I hope you will be completely satisfied with any purchases made from my booth, but in the event that you are not please contact me within 30 days of the initial purchase. Mailing instructions will sent, and once the item is received in satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued. Please note that this refund is for the item cost only, all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
I personally deliver all items to the post office, however I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once the item is out of my hands. If you wish to avoid this risk, please contact me for shipping rates that include shipment tracking and insurance.
All custom orders are non-refundable.
Tutorial Purchases
All tutorials will be emailed in PDF format to the address associated with the buyer's paypal account within 48 hours of payment has been received.
Please note that tutorial prices only included the instructions to make the item.The price does not included any of the materials or the finished product.

This includes work based on or inspired by the work of CrossedWires (Michelle Steane), her tutorials or jewelry.
You may only sell 10 or fewer products derived from CrossedWires (Michelle Steane) designs or tutorials without written permission. That is, you may sell up to 10 items total from all the CrossedWires (Michelle Steane) tutorials you purchase, not up to 10 items per tutorial. In any situation where an item based on a CrossedWires (Michelle Steane) tutorial or design is sold or displayed, the purchaser will assign all design credit to "CrossedWires (Michelle Steane)" or "Crossed Wires Jewelry".
You may not teach peers or students design elements associated with CrossedWires (Michelle Steane) tutorials or share any elements of the tutorial even if it is not shared in whole. If you do wish to help a peer making this design you must buy a copy of this tutorial for each extra person you assist.
